1 Peter 3:15-18 I love these verses.
But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord.
Always be prepared to give an answer
to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have.
But do this with gentleness and respect, keeping a clear conscience, so that those who speak maliciously against your good behavior in Christ may be ashamed of their slander. For it is better, if it is God’s will, to suffer for doing good than for doing evil. For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God.
See my post Personal Relationship with God for some further thoughts on 1 Peter 3:15
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life
I hope this blessed you today. I am no theologian, just a thankful child of God, who though I stumble in my walk with the Lord, I pray to “grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,
To Him be the Glory both now and forever! Amen.” 2 Peter 3:18
Humbly in His Service,
